Open Faced Strawberry Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Boston brown breads 2 (Preferably Without Raisins, Buy Canned Brown Breads And Make Your Own, Omitting Raisins)
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce (Can Be The "Lite" Variety, At Room Temperature, 1 Package)
  Strawberries 1 Quart, washed and hulled
Directions

Thinly slice off the heels of the breads.
Cut each bread into about 12 slices.
Lay the slices on a large tray in one layer.
Spread cream cheese on the slices.
Cover the cheese with strawberries sliced lengthwise.
Press them down slightly.
Cover the tray loosely with wax paper and chill the sandwiches until ready to serve.
