Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Rye bread slice 8 , toasted
  Russian salad dressing/Thousand island salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced corned beef 4 Ounce
  Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Swiss cheese slice 4 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Line a 12x8x2" (2-qt.) glass baking dish with paper towels.
Spread 4 slices toasted bread with Russian dressing.
Place bread in prepared baking dish.
Top each with one fourth of the corned beef, one fourth of the sauerkraut and one fourth of the Swiss cheese.
Microwave at high setting 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted, rotating dish one-quarter turn every 30 seconds.
Butter remaining 4 slices bread.
Top each sandwich with buttered bread.
