Triple Decker Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Unsliced sandwich loaf 1 , crust removed
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled eggs 4 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 5 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, grated (125 Gram)
  Sweet pickle 4 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Tomatoes 3 , diced
  Parsley sprigs 1
Directions

Cut the loaf of bread into slices and spread with butter.
Mix together the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and mustard and cress.
Combine the Cheddar cheese and pickle in a separate bowl.
Mix together the cottage cheese and tomatoes in a third bowl.
Sandwich the bread slices together with alternate layers of the different fillings to make triple decker sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally into quarters and arrange on a serving plate.
Chill until required.
Serve, garnished with parsley sprigs and tomato wedges.
