|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce, sliced|
|Sliced salami/Pepperoni||6 Ounce|
|Tomatoes||2 , sliced|
|Pickled sweet peppers||3 , seeded and quartered|
Cut bread into 1/2 -inch slices, cutting to but not through bottom crust.
Combine butter, mustard, parsley, garlic, and red pepper; spread on cut sides of alternate bread slices.
Cut cheese and meat to fit bread slices.
Add cheese, meat, tomatoes, and sweet peppers to buttered slits.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes or till crisp and hot.
Cut bread apart into sandwiches.
