|Sifted all purpose flour||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons)|
|Instant nonfat milk powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the flour, baking powder, dry milk, and salt.
Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart glass or plastic container.
Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator.
