Beefsteak Tomato And Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped
  Baguette 1 (Crusty French Bread)
  Ripe hass avocados 2 , peeled, pitted, and sliced roughly 1/4-inch thick
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Lime)
  Ripe beefsteak tomatoes 3 Large, sliced 1/2-inch thick, salted
Directions

1. Make aioli in a food processor or mixing bowl by combining mayonnaise, cayenne, and garlic. Cut the baguette lengthwise and slather generously with aioli'.
2. Toss avocado slices with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Spread into an even layer on the bottom of the French bread. Next, layer on the center-cut slices of tomato.
3. Close the sandwich, and divide with a sharp knife into 4 equal portions.
