Steak Sandwich With Chef's Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled steak sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 , cut in 1 inch slices
  French bread slices 6 (Of 1 Inch Thickness)
  Round steak 1 Pound (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Instant non seasoned meat tenderizer 1 Ounce
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

For sauce: Combine butter, steak sauce, onion, Worcestershire, and salt in small saucepan.
Place on edge of grill to heat.
Arrange tomato slices in oiled foilware pan.
Heat on edge of grill while preparing sandwiches; turn once.
Toast French bread on both sides; set aside.
Cut round steak in 6 pieces.
Use tenderizer according to label directions.
Broil meat over hot coals 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Dip toasted French bread in heated sauce.
Arrange on platter.
Top with broiled steak and spoon remaining sauce over.
Garnish with tomato slices.
