Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Soft butter 1 Tablespoon
  White bread slice 2
  American cheese slice 2
  Ripe tomato slices 2 (Thin Slices)
Directions

1. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Butter both slices of bread. Place the cheese on one side, and top with the tomato slices. Close the sandwich (buttered side out on both sides).
2. Cook the sandwich, with the cheese side on the bottom, until it's golden and the cheese has melted. Turn and cook on the other side. Eat hot.
