Fried Open Sandwich With Cheese

Ingredients
  Bread slices 6 Large
  Grated cheese 225 Gram (2 Cups)
  Softened butter 75 Gram
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Onions 2 , grated
  Finely chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Cream/Top milk 1 Tablespoon
For frying
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Mustard 1 Pinch
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Butter the bread slices.
2. Mix together in a bowl cheese, remaining butter, coriander, onion, garlic, mustard, pepper, cream or top milk and beaten egg. Beat well and make a smooth spread.
3. Spread the mixture thick on each slice of bread.
4. Heat enough oil in a frying pan. Place one sandwich at a time. Fry either coated side down. If you find this difficult then place the sandwich coated side up and spoon over hot oil, using a tablespoon until mixture is set.
5. Remove and place on a kitchen paper to drain off excess oil. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
