Hot Turkey Sandwich With All The Trimmings
|Leftover turkey meat||1⁄4 Pound|
|Leftover turkey gravy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Stuffing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crusty bread slice||2 (Sturdy)|
|Cranberry sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1. Warm the turkey and gravy together in a saucepan or microwave. Heat the stuffing. Toast the bread extra dark. (It'll need the strength to handle this hoagie.)
2. Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce onto a slice of toast, and layer on the hot stuffing and turkey. Season to taste and pour on any remaining gravy. Close sandwich. Don't bother trying to cut this one in half.
