Double Beef Sandwiches
|Buttered rye bread slice||12|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried beef||4 Ounce, pulled apart|
|Sliced muenster cheese/Sliced brick cheese||4 Ounce|
|Cooked corned beef||4 Ounce, sliced very thin (Or Canned)|
|Dill pickles||2 Large, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
Spread half the bread slices with mustard; add layers of lettuce, dried beef, cheese, corned beef, pickle, and onion.
Top each stack-up with more lettuce.
Spread remaining bread slices with horseradish, and complete sandwiches.
Anchor with toothpicks.
