Ham Sandwiches With Apple Slaw

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded red cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granny smith apple 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded
  Low calorie blue cheese dressing 3 Tablespoon (commercial)
  Skim milk 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poppy seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked lean ham slice 8 Ounce (8 slices, 1-ounce each)
  Rye bread slice 4
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill or least 2 hours.
Place 2 slices of ham on each slice of bread.
Spoon 1/3 cup slaw mixture over ham on each sandwich.
