Spicy Meatball Sandwiches
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Celery seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Thin lemon slices||6 (From 1/2 Lemon)|
|Frozen meatballs||48 (Oven Baked)|
|Hard rolls/Frankfurter buns||12|
In saucepan cook garlic in butter for 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed, salt, hot pepper sauce, lemon slices, and 1/2 cup water.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in frozen meatballs.
Cover and cook over medium heat till heated through, about 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
Remove lemon slices.
Meanwhile, split rolls; hollow out bottoms and tops, leaving edges about 1/2 inch thick.
Slice onions and separate into rings.
