Ham Loaf Sandwiches
|Coarsely crushed saltine crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Fully cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Pound, ground|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Rye bread||1 , sliced|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Advance preparation: Combine eggs, crushed crackers, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and dash pepper; mix in ham and pork.
Pat into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 1/4 hours.
Drain off fat.
Refrigerate in pan till well chilled.
Before serving: Slice loaf.
