Ham Loaf Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Beaten eggs 2
  Coarsely crushed saltine crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Fully cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Rye bread 1 , sliced
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Advance preparation: Combine eggs, crushed crackers, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and dash pepper; mix in ham and pork.
Pat into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 1/4 hours.
Drain off fat.
Refrigerate in pan till well chilled.
Before serving: Slice loaf.
