Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Medium, pared and pitted
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pimiento stuffed olives 2 Ounce, broken, chopped (1 Jar)
  White sandwich bread slices 21 (Day Old)
Directions

Mash avocado.
Stir in cream cheese, anchovy paste, lemon juice, onion juice and olives.
Trim crusts from bread; spread avocado mixture over bread.
Cut each bread slice into 4 fingers or squares.
Cover and refrigerate no longer than 2 hours.
