Ingredients
  Bread slices/2 rolls of your choice 4
  Ready made pesto 2 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese slices 6
  Chopped basil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Spread 2 bread slices or bases of rolls with pesto.
2. Top with mozzarella cheese, basil, tomato and black pepper to taste, then with remaining bread slices, or tops of rolls.
3. Wrap in plastic food wrap.
