Apple Breakfast Sandwiches
|Grated apple||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Light process cream cheese product||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crunchy peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Apple butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Raisin bread slice||12 Ounce, toasted (12 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)|
Press apple dry between layers of paper towels; set apple aside.
Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter, apple butter, and cinnamon; beat well.
Stir in apple.
Spread apple mixture evenly over each of 6 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices.
Cut sandwiches in half.
