Apple Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Grated apple 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light process cream cheese product 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crunchy peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Apple butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Raisin bread slice 12 Ounce, toasted (12 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)
Directions

Press apple dry between layers of paper towels; set apple aside.
Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter, apple butter, and cinnamon; beat well.
Stir in apple.
Spread apple mixture evenly over each of 6 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices.
Cut sandwiches in half.
