Giant Baked Hero Sandwich

Ingredients
  Frozen bread dough 2 Pound, thawed (2 Loaves 1 Pound Each)
  Garlic oil 1
  Thinly sliced salami 1⁄2 Pound
  Thinly sliced cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry coppa 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Sliced fontina cheese/Jack cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Grilled onion 1
  Roasted red peppers 7 1⁄4 Ounce, drained well on paper towels (1 Jar)
Directions

Pat loaves together.
On a lightly floured board, roll dough into a 12- by 18-inch rectangle.
Brush surface with 2 tablespoons of the garlic oil.
Cover half the dough lengthwise with overlapping layers of salami, ham, coppa, cheese, onions, and peppers.
Lift plain half of dough over filling (if dough sticks, loosen with a spatula).
Press edges firmly together to seal.
Using 2 wide spatulas, transfer packet to an oiled 12- by 17-inch baking sheet; tuck ends of dough under to fit on pan.
Brush dough with remaining oil.
Let rise in a warm place until puffy, about 20 minutes.
Bake in a 400° oven until richly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut sandwich lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 3-inch slices.
