Ingredients
  Bratwurst 12 Ounce (6 Links)
  Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce, drained and snipped (1 Can)
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Frankfurter buns 6 , split and toasted
Directions

Place bratwurst links in large saucepan.
Combine snipped sauerkraut, beer, instant minced onion, and caraway seed.
Spoon mixture over sausage links.
Cover; simmer for 30 minutes.
Place bratwurst links in toasted frankfurter buns; spoon sauerkraut mixture over bratwurst links.
