Curried Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chutney 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Chopped cooked chicken breast 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Skinned Before Cooking And Cooked Without Salt)
  Chopped blanched almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 8 , trimmed
Directions

Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add onion, and saute 3 min or until render.
Add curry powder, and cook 1 mintre, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Combine onion mixture, mayonnaise, and churney in a bowl, stirring well.
Add chicken and almonds, stirring well to combine.
Spread 4 slices of bread evenly with chicken mixture; top with remaining bread slices.
Cur each sandwich into 4 rriangles or squares.
