Avocado Bacon Sandwich
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Dash|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce, crumbled|
|Rye bread slice||6 , toasted|
|Bacon slices||12 , crisp-cooked and drained|
|Avocados||3 Medium, seeded, peeled, and sliced|
|Lemon||1 , cut into 6 wedges|
Put buttermilk, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire, and garlic salt into blender container ; add half of the cheese; cover and run on high speed till smooth.
Stir in remaining cheese.
Spread each piece of toast generously with the blue cheese dressing.
Top each with lettuce, 2 slices bacon, and avocado slices.
Drizzle with additional dressing; garnish with lemon wedges.
