Grilled Crab Sandwiches
|Canned crab meat||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Shredded sharp process american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Drained sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onions and tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , chopped|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bread slices||10 , buttered|
Combine first 9 ingredients; spread on un-buffered side of 5 bread slices.
Add tomato slices; season with salt and pepper.
Top with bread slices, buttered side up.
Grill on griddle, sandwich grill, or in skillet till sandwiches are golden brown and hot through.
