Hot Crab Sandwiches
|Cooked crabmeat||1⁄2 Pound|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced pimentos||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green bell pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White bread slice||4 (Firm Textured Ones)|
In a bowl, mix crabmeat, cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, and bell pepper until well blended.
Meanwhile, toast bread.
Spread each slice lightly with butter; then top evenly with crab mixture, spreading it out to edges.
Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil 6 inches below heat until bubbly and heated through 3 to 4 minutes.
Eat with knife and fork.
