Ingredients
  Canned pink salmon 7 3⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked, and bones removed (1 Can)
  Low calorie mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (1 Can)
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 6
  Cherry tomatoes 6
Directions

In bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise-type dressing, water chestnuts, onion, soy sauce, and lemon juice; mix thoroughly.
Spread salmon mixture on bread slices.
Garnish each sandwich with tomato;
