|Country style dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Pumpernickel bread slice||4 , toasted|
|Brie cheese||6 Ounce, sliced|
|Pear||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine mustard and honey; spread 1 teaspoon mustard mixture on each bread slice.
Top evenly with cheese.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top evenly with pear slices and alfalfa sprouts, and serve immediately.
