Pear And Brie Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Country style dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Pumpernickel bread slice 4 , toasted
  Brie cheese 6 Ounce, sliced
  Pear 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine mustard and honey; spread 1 teaspoon mustard mixture on each bread slice.
Top evenly with cheese.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top evenly with pear slices and alfalfa sprouts, and serve immediately.
