Grilled Double Cheese And Tomato Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Honey mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Multigrain bread slice 4 1⁄2 Ounce (4 Slices, 1.1 Ounce Each, Seven Grain Ones)
  Nonfat sharp cheddar cheese slices 1 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Slices, 0.7 Ounce Each)
  Tomato slices 3 Ounce (4 In Number, 1/4 Inch Thick)
  Fontina cheese slice 1 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Slices, 0.7 Ounce Each)
  Butter 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter flavored cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each of 4 bread slices; top each of 2 bread shces with 1 Cheddar cheese slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1 fontina cheese slice. Top with remaining bread slices.
2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray. Place sandwiches in pan; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
