Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Bagels 2 , split crosswise
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple 1 , cored and thinly sliced into 12 rings
  Cooked turkey breast slices 8 Ounce, skinned before cooking and cooked without salt (4 Slices, 2 Ounce Each)
  Fontina cheese slices 4 Ounce (4 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)
Directions

Place bagels, cut side up, on an ungreased baking sheer.
Broil 6 inches from heat 1 minute or until golden brown.
Set aside.
Combine yogurt and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread yogurt mixture evenly over each bagel half.
Place 3 apple rings and 1 slice of turkey over each bagel half.
Top each slice of turkey with 1 slice of cheese.
Broil 6 inches from near 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
