Hot Turkey Sandwiches
|Bagels||2 , split crosswise|
|Plain low fat yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Apple||1 , cored and thinly sliced into 12 rings|
|Cooked turkey breast slices||8 Ounce, skinned before cooking and cooked without salt (4 Slices, 2 Ounce Each)|
|Fontina cheese slices||4 Ounce (4 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)|
Place bagels, cut side up, on an ungreased baking sheer.
Broil 6 inches from heat 1 minute or until golden brown.
Combine yogurt and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread yogurt mixture evenly over each bagel half.
Place 3 apple rings and 1 slice of turkey over each bagel half.
Top each slice of turkey with 1 slice of cheese.
Broil 6 inches from near 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
