Cheese And Walnut Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cheese 125 Gram, grated
  Bread slices 8 , buttered
  Walnuts 100 Gram, chopped
  Butter/Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Made mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl, combine butter, cheese, walnuts, mustard, salt and pepper.
Spread this mixture on four buttered slices of bread.
Sandwich with remaining four slices.
Press gently.
Cover with a damp towel and keep in the refrigerator for atleast one hour.
Remove crusts from the sandwiches and cut them into desired shapes.
