Grilled Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 4 Teaspoon, softened
  Whole wheat bread slice/White bread slice 4
  Cheddar slice/Swiss / provolone cheese 2 Ounce (2 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)
  Cooked turkey slice 4
  Fresh spinach leaves 12
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, softened
Directions

Spread the cream cheese on two slices of bread.
Layer cheese, turkey and spinach over cream cheese; top with remaining bread.
Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwiches.
Cook on both sides on a hot griddle or skillet until the bread is browned and cheese is melted.
