Grilled Turkey Sandwiches
|Cream cheese||4 Teaspoon, softened|
|Whole wheat bread slice/White bread slice||4|
|Cheddar slice/Swiss / provolone cheese||2 Ounce (2 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Cooked turkey slice||4|
|Fresh spinach leaves||12|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
Spread the cream cheese on two slices of bread.
Layer cheese, turkey and spinach over cream cheese; top with remaining bread.
Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwiches.
Cook on both sides on a hot griddle or skillet until the bread is browned and cheese is melted.
