Open Faced Beef Sandwiches
|Non-fat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened applesauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
|Cracked pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie whole wheat bread slice||3 Ounce (4 Slices, 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Shredded spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned sliced beets||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Cooked beef roast slices||1⁄2 Pound (Thinly Sliced)|
|Minced chives||2 Tablespoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Spread 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture over each slice of bread; top each with 1/4 cup spinach and 1/4 cup beets.
Arrange roast beef evenly over beets; sprinkle with chives.
Spoon 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture over each sandwich.
