Gay Tuna Sandwiches
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Buttermilk biscuits||1 Can (10 oz) (Pillsbury Refrigerated Hungry Lack Flaky Or Flaky, 1 Can)|
Combine all ingredients except biscuits.
Open can; separate into 10 biscuits.
Press five biscuits into 5-inch circles on ungreased cookie sheet.
Top each with 1/2 cup filling.
Press remaining biscuits into 6-inch circles.
Stretch each over filling and seal to bottom biscuits.
Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown
