|Thinly sliced corned beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned sauerkraut||8 Ounce, well drained (1 Can / 3/4 Cup)|
|Thousand island dressing||3 Tablespoon|
|Swiss cheese slices||4|
Toast bread and arrange 4 slices on paper towels, napkins or small paper plates.
Top each slice with corned beef, then drained sauerkraut, salad dressing and cheese.
Top with other slices of toasted bread.
Cook uncovered, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted in center.
