Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Pumpernickel bread slices/Other dark bread 8
  Thinly sliced corned beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce, well drained (1 Can / 3/4 Cup)
  Thousand island dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Swiss cheese slices 4
Directions

Toast bread and arrange 4 slices on paper towels, napkins or small paper plates.
Top each slice with corned beef, then drained sauerkraut, salad dressing and cheese.
Top with other slices of toasted bread.
Cook uncovered, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted in center.
