Baked Chicken Reuben

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 4 , split, skinned and boned
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, well drained
  Swiss cheese slices 4 (6 X 4 Inch)
  Thousand island dressing 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place chicken in single layer in greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Press excess liquid from sauerkraut; spoon over chicken.
Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut.
Pour dressing evenly over the top.
Cover pan with aluminum foil.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender
