Baked Chicken Reuben
|Whole chicken breasts||4 , split, skinned and boned|
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce, well drained|
|Swiss cheese slices||4 (6 X 4 Inch)|
|Thousand island dressing||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place chicken in single layer in greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Press excess liquid from sauerkraut; spoon over chicken.
Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut.
Pour dressing evenly over the top.
Cover pan with aluminum foil.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender
