Peanut N Apple Sandwiches

  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Finely diced pared tart apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon slices 6 , crisp-cooked and crumbled
  Buttered bread slices 2

Blend peanut butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Stir in apple and bacon.
Use as a filling between buttered slices of bread.
Add lettuce, if desired.
