Curried Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked and cubed chicken 4 Ounce
  Drained canned crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Low calorie whole wheat bread slice 4
  Shredded iceberg lettuce/Shredded romaine lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and curry powder until blended.
Add remaining ingredients except bread and lettuce; stir to combine.
Layer bread evenly with chicken and lettuce, making 2 sandwiches.
