Tender Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Boneless pork cutlets 1 1⁄2 Pound (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Lemon pepper seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yellow mustard/Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kaiser rolls/Hamburger buns 6 , split and toasted
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Tomato slices 6
Directions

Sprinkle pork with lemon pepper.
In a large skillet, melt butter; cook pork for about 2 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink.
Sprinkle with salt if desired.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard; spread on inside of buns.
Layer pork, lettuce and tomatoes on buns.
