Grilled Ham, Cheese, And Pineapple Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Fat free mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Whole wheat bread slice 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Piece)
  Fat free processed sharp cheddar cheese slices 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Two 3/4 Ounce Slices)
  Pineapple slice/Drained canned unsweetened pineapple slices 2 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Low salt lean ham slices 2 Ounce (Two 1 Ounce Pieces)
  Butter flavored cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine mayonnaise and nutmeg in a small bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over 2 bread slices; top each with a cheese slice, a pineapple slice, a ham slice, and a remaining bread slice.
2. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Coat 1 side of each sandwich with cooking spray; place sandwiches, coated side down, in skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until toasted. Coat top side of sandwiches with cooking spray; turn sandwiches over. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 3 minutes or until toasted and cheese melts.
