On a baking sheet, top each toasted English muffin half with a bacon, ham, or turkey slice, some shredded cheese, 4 or 5 asparagus spears, and more shredded cheese.
Bake in 425°F.

Mean while, prepare medium white sauce according to package directions.
Stir in Famous Sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
