Beef And Sprout Sandwiches

|Chopped cucumber||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Chili sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Rye bread slices||4 , toasted|
|Thinly sliced cooked beef||8 Ounce|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, sliced|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
For yogurt sauce, in bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, parsley, and chili sauce.
Top each slice of toasted bread with leaf lettuce, 2 ounces sliced beef (season with salt and pepper, if desired), 2 tomato slices, 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts, and 2 tablespoons of the yogurt sauce.
