Ingredients
  Whipped mayonnaise type salad dressing substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (No More Than 20 Calories Per Tablespoon)
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped dill pickle 1 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slice 4 , toasted
  Lettuce 4
  Swiss cheese slices 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Slices)
  Sliced boiled ham 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Pieces)
  Boiled ham slices 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Slices)
  Cantaloupe slices/One 16-ounce can peach slices (juice pack), drained 8
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Layer each slice of toasted bread with lettuce, 1 tablespoon dressing mixture, cheese, ham, and 1/4 of cantaloupe or peach slices.
Drizzle with remaining dressing mixture
