Party Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped fresh chives 3 Teaspoon
  Dill mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Party rye loaf/Pumpernickel bread 1
  Leaf lettuce 4 , washed, torn and well drained
  Lower salt ham nugget 1 , shaved
  Cucumber 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Cherry tomatoes 12 , cut in half
Directions

Combine yogurt, chives and mustard in small bowl.
Arrange bread slices on serving tray; spread evenly with yogurt mixture.
Layer lettuce, ham, cucumber slice and tomato half on top of each bread slice.
Garnish serving tray with lettuce and green onions, if desired.
