|Cooked chicken slices||4 (4 Servings)|
|Cooked bacon slice||8|
|Canned condensed cheddar cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Arrange chicken, bacon, and tomato on each slice of toast.
In saucepan, blend soup and sour cream.
Heat; stir now and then.
Pour over sandwiches.
