|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Diced green bell pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Pickle relish||1 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie wheat bread slice/Rye bread slice||2|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In small bowl, mash tofu with fork. Add mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, and pickle relish; stir well to combine.
2. Spread tofu mixture on 1 slice of bread; top with sprouts and remaining slice of bread.
