Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches
|Snipped chives/Green onion tops||2 Tablespoon|
|English muffins||2 , split and toasted|
|Bacon strips||8 , cooked, drained|
|American cheese slices||4|
Melt butter in a skillet.
Beat eggs, chives, water, salt and pepper; pour into skillet.
Cook and stir gently until eggs are set.
Top each muffin half with eggs, bacon, tomato and cheese.
Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with chives if desired.
