Baked Chicken Reuben

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 4 , halved and boned
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed and pressed dry (1 Can)
  Swiss cheese slice 4 (4 X 6 Inch)
  Thousand island dressing 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Bottled)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place chicken in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place sauerkraut over chicken, top with Swiss cheese.
Pour dressing evenly over cheese, cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
