Grilled Cheese And Green Pepper Sandwich

Ingredients
  Cheese 3⁄4 Pound, grated (Medium-Sharp Colby Melts Very Well)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 6 (White, Whole Wheat Or Rye)
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients except bread in a bowl.
Toast one side of bread placed on broiler pan 4-5 inches from heat.
Turn toast to other side and pile cheese mixture evenly over bread slices.
Broil 4-5 minutes or until melted.
