Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium, pared, halved, and seeded
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 227 Gram, 1 Package)
  Blender mayonnaise 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Whole wheat bread slice 4
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc and large bowl.
Process cucumber.
Change disc to Thin Slicer Disc and process onion.
Assemble Mixer.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper with cucumber and onion at MEDIUM-LOW until well mixed.
Chill.
Spread on bread, allowing 1/4 to 1/3 cup (50 to 75 ml) filling for each sandwich.
Top filling with crisp lettuce leaves.
