|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rye slice/Pumpernickel toast slices||6|
|Thinly sliced radishes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine cheese, sour cream, and chives in a small bowl; mix well.
Spread mixture on each slice of toast.
Sprinkle radishes over cheese surface.
Wreath each sandwich with watercress.
