Hot Turkey Picnic Sandwiches
|Turkey broth/Chicken broth||8 Quart|
|Onion powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Cornstarch||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Half and half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Roast turkey breast slices||40 Large (Cooked Turkey)|
|Mashed potatoes||7 Quart|
In a large kettle, bring broth and seasonings to a boil.
Combine cornstarch and water; gradually add to boiling broth.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add cream and browning sauce.
Place each slice of turkey on a slice of bread; top with a spoonful of mashed potatoes.
Cover with gravy.
