Hot Turkey Picnic Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Turkey broth/Chicken broth 8 Quart
  Onion powder 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Half and half 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Roast turkey breast slices 40 Large (Cooked Turkey)
  Bread slices 40
  Mashed potatoes 7 Quart
Directions

In a large kettle, bring broth and seasonings to a boil.
Combine cornstarch and water; gradually add to boiling broth.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add cream and browning sauce.
Place each slice of turkey on a slice of bread; top with a spoonful of mashed potatoes.
Cover with gravy.
