Brussels Sardine Sandwiches

Brussels Sardine Sandwiches is an amazingly delicious mouth watering snack recipe. Serve it at your party; I bet you will have a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Canned sardines 12
  Hard boiled eggs 1 , finely chopped
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon (Dijon Type)
  Lemon juice 3 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  White bread slices 6 , crusts removed (Thin Slices)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Dill pickle/1/2 lemon sliced 1 , sliced
Directions

Finely flake the sardines with a fork and combine with the egg, mustard, lemon juice, onion, parsley and 3 teaspoons oil from the sardine can.
Cut the pieces of bread in half diagonally and saute in the butter until golden brown on both sides.
Spread the sardine mixture on the slices of bread while they are still warm and garnish with halved, very thinly sliced pickle or lemon.
